Jakarta, abahtindik.com– Direktorat Jenderal Integrasi Transportasi dan Multimoda (Ditjen Intram) Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) menggelar forum diskusi bertajuk “Nongki (Ngobrol Bareng Komunitas): Kamu Wajib Tahu” pada Rabu (16/7/2025). Acara ini diadakan di kantor Ditjen Intram, Jakarta, untuk memperkenalkan kebijakan dan memperluas jangkauan program integrasi transportasi nasional.
Kegiatan ini menjadi ajang sharing sekaligus penjaringan aspirasi publik, khususnya dari berbagai komunitas yang selama ini berkiprah dalam isu transportasi, perkotaan, hingga inklusivitas. Lebih dari 15 perwakilan komunitas dan organisasi hadir, mulai dari Indonesia Cycling Embassy, Gerakan Aksesibilitas Umum Nasional (GAUN), Koalisi Pejalan Kaki, hingga Pecinta Damri Community dan Busway Fun Club.
Fokus Utama: Membangun Ekosistem Transportasi Terintegrasi
Direktur Jenderal Intram, Risal Wasal, menegaskan bahwa fokus utama Ditjen Intram bukan membangun infrastruktur baru, melainkan membangun ekosistem transportasi yang terintegrasi dan mudah digunakan masyarakat.
“Tugas kami adalah bagaimana mengintegrasikan layanan angkutan umum yang ada agar dapat lebih mudah, aman, dan nyaman. Dua tahun ke depan fokus kami adalah pengumpulan data, yang akan jadi dasar kebijakan,” jelas Risal.
Risal juga menyampaikan pentingnya keterlibatan komunitas dalam mengedukasi masyarakat untuk beralih dari kendaraan pribadi ke transportasi publik.
Diskusi tersebut juga menyoroti masih adanya tantangan dalam mewujudkan transportasi yang inklusif, terutama bagi kelompok rentan seperti penyandang disabilitas dan lansia.
David Cahyana, perwakilan GAUN, menyampaikan bahwa meskipun sejumlah integrasi fisik sudah berjalan, belum semuanya ramah disabilitas.
“Ditjen Intram punya posisi strategis. Tapi kami harap semua moda dan simpul transportasi dapat lebih memperhatikan akses bagi disabilitas. Jangan hanya fokus pada efisiensi, tapi juga keadilan akses,” ujarnya.
Budi Susandi dari Inisiatif Strategis Transportasi (INSTRAN) mengapresiasi keterbukaan Ditjen Intram dalam mengundang komunitas.
“Kami harap kegiatan seperti ini jadi agenda tetap, misalnya rutin setiap dua bulan. Diskusi publik seperti ini sangat penting agar kebijakan lebih partisipatif,” ucapnya.
Selain komunitas transportasi, hadir pula organisasi dari sektor kesehatan seperti Forum Kota Depok Sehat, serta inisiatif urban seperti Bangun Kota dan Indonesia Creative Cities Network (ICCN).
Diskusi ini menjadi bagian dari komitmen Ditjen Intram untuk membangun transportasi nasional yang inklusif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus memperkuat sinergi antar sektor dan jejaring komunitas.
“Kolaborasi lintas komunitas dan kementerian adalah kunci menuju integrasi transportasi sejati. Nongki ini bukan sekadar diskusi, tapi ruang strategis untuk bersama membentuk arah kebijakan,” pungkas Risal. (Res)
